36 weeks!! Wow! Only 4 weeks left!

Well, that is if he stays put til he is fully baked. :-) Which is what I am hoping as my "to do" list at work keeps getting longer and longer and I still don't seem to be crossing things off, even though I am working very hard.

Baby Y is rocking and rolling all the time now!! He just does not have any room in there I guess. Mostly it is not keeping me awake, but the fact that I have taken to excessive snoring has been keeping Justin up! Guess it is payback time!! I normally only snore if I'm on my back, so hopefully that will go away after the baby arrives. I couldn't wear my rings this morning due to swelling, but that has gone away already so not sure if it will continue from now on. Definitely having some swelling in my ankles, as my feet still were showing the line of my dress socks when I got home from work last night. Very attractive. Baby Y is also attempting to make my innie belly button and outie and it is freaking me out!! Hopefully I can avoid it as I do not want to be a turkey pop-out timer, even temporarily!

New Belly Shots!

Having to take pictures with my phone as my camera is with a repair person and HOPEFULLY I will have it back very soon. It fell on the ground last October when we were at Disney and the toggle button stopped working. Camera works, but you have to wait to do anything because it wants you to reset date/time every time you turn it on, which I can't do without the toggle button. Also can't take timer shots or anything. If the camera person can't fix, we will have to invest in a new camera. Hate the idea of spending the money but would love a camera upgrade!

Steady with my weight still and doctor says I can still keep exercising and should if I can. Working out 1-2 times a week now, definitely a little slower and feeling pretty heavy. Took me a bit longer this past Sunday to get up Stone Mountain, but the heat probably did not help anything. I can't carry the backpack anymore, it wore me out last weekend. Due to the yucky humidity and heat, we will have to be hiking early morning or right before dusk for both our sakes. We do love a good picnic at the top of the mountain and are always rewarded for our efforts with a good breeze when we get to the top. Just in case anyone is wondering how far preggo Brigette is hiking, the round trip hike is only 2.6 miles, although it is the 786 feet elevation change that kicks your butt!!

Next Friday we are going to get my maternity photos taken! Hopefully I can post a few or at least a link to the photographer's blog to share afterwards. The main baby things we have left to do now (aside from him arriving) is to stock pile up on our cloth diapers and install the car seat. We have received and purchased some diapers, but we need a few more to have a good base for the excessive newborn diaper changes we know will be coming. Plus they absorb better if you wash them a few times before using, so we have to get rolling on that as well. Brigette's car is in the shop getting a few things taken care of like new tires, so as soon as it is back the car seat will go in and stay. Seems like it might be odd to drive around several weeks with an empty car seat, but it is better for it to be in there when we need it!
